Our soft rods are designed to be both lightweight and flexible, ensuring ease of use. Please note that the listed price is for one flag; to acquire a pair, simply select two. Shipping generally takes 3-8 weeks, but if you have a specific deadline for your order, please feel free to reach out to us.

Return Policy
All sales are final. We have a no returns policy because our flags are custom and hand made one at a time and take many hours of labor. For this reason also, once work begins on an order it cannot be cancelled.
If you have questions about your order, please contact us using our contact page, and we will be happy to respond.
Damaged Merchandise: Orders are inspected in our workshop before they are shipped and we use sturdy boxes that are packed and taped securely. If you do happen to receive an order that's been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for instructions that will help your order to be restored to you quickly. We generally insure all orders.
Defective Rods: Rarely, a rod might be defective. If you experience a rod that breaks with normal use within the first few weeks, call us for a free replacement.
Shipping Info
Most of our products are custom made and can take one to four weeks until shipment. Items that are hand dyed will generally take 2-4 weeks for shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please email and let us know at the time you place your order. If we don't receive an email, your shipping date cannot be guaranteed.

We offer UPS Ground, and UPS Expedited shipping, and USPS Priority Mail. International shipping utilizes USPS. Shipping rates can be calculated in the shopping cart before you check out - look for the Estimate Shipping option.

If a package is returned to us by the post office with an undelivered address and it was a mistake made by our company, we will resend it with the corrected address at our expense. If it was not our company error, the postage will need to be paid by the customer to have it re-shipped.
