You will receive an email notice when your order ships and a tracking number will be included. For orders mailed through USPS Priority Mail, you may go to tools.usps.com, USPS Track & Confirm, and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order.

PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED OR LOST IN THE MAIL: We send you an email notification when your order is shipped. A tracking number is included in the email so that you can check the progress of your order. If your order doesn't arrive within five days of the USPS expected delivery date, notify us as soon as possible so that your package can be located quickly. (Doesn't include international shipping.)  If it turns out that your package is lost, it can take up to 30 days for USPS to either locate it and deliver it to you or to issue a refund for the insured contents.  Call us with any questions.
